Rae Rankin Chosen as DSP of the Day by The MENTOR Network

At Indiana MENTOR and The MENTOR Network, we value our Direct Support Professionals and others in direct support roles for their dedication to those we serve and their critical role in carrying out our mission every day.

Throughout the month of September, The MENTOR Network honored its direct support staff members through the DSP of the Day campaign, which recognized a different direct support staff member each day for their outstanding service. Rae Rankin, a DSP from Transitional Services, Inc., a partner of Indiana MENTOR, was chosen as the DSP of the Day for September 29.

“I really enjoy working one-on-one with the individuals we serve out in the community and assisting them in their everyday living needs,” Rae says. “Their accomplishments bring so much joy to me. Some of our favorite things to do out in the community include volunteer work, shopping and community events.”
