Indiana MENTOR Discontinues Services for Youth at Risk

1 February 2016

Since 1985, it has been our distinct privilege to support children and youth in need of tailored, therapeutic interventions and nurturing community-based supports aimed at achieving permanency and stability. Effective December 31, 2015, we have transitioned our child welfare services without interruption to other providers.

This action does NOT affect our programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other complex challenges. These services will continue uninterrupted and without change as a result of this decision.

We thank our state partners, team members, and foster parents for their dedication to the children and families we have served. It has been a pleasure and a privilege to serve the youth and families of Indiana. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].
