Therapeutic Foster Care
In our Therapeutic Foster Care program, foster parents called Mentors provide nurturing supports to children in a loving family home.
Our Expertise
Our goal for each person we serve is the same: achieving positive outcomes, including healing following trauma, strengthened family relationships and a hopeful new path for the child’s life. We are a partner of The MENTOR Network, whose experience as a foster care provider spans more than three decades.
Each child we serve is supported by a dedicated treatment team, led by a masters-level clinician, who coordinates treatment, performs home visits and ensures that the child receives the service and supports they need in order to be successful.
Focused on Outcomes
Our Therapeutic Foster Care services are based on Family Vistas, a trauma-informed clinical model developed by clinicians at The MENTOR Network. Services are delivered by experienced clinicians committed to ensuring positive outcomes for the children we serve.
To ensure that each family receives the highest level of service, we use the service evaluation process Rules of the Road to assess staff interventions and ensure that the trauma-informed service components of the Family Vistas model are performed and documented at prescribed intervals to provide the best possible outcomes for children in our care.
Continuous Quality Improvement
Our experienced quality improvement team performs regular audits to ensure we comply with all state and national requirements for providing behavioral health services to children at risk and their families. Developed based on best practices, industry standards, and customer survey data as part of a national quality improvement network, these standards are designed to improve outcomes for the families we serve and drive innovation in our programs.
